GoogleI have house shared multiple places with different agents and this really isnt worth the hassle. Tenants chosen just to fill rooms and no consideration to the existing tenants. Some of us have standards and rubbish would be just thrown anywhere by some tenants, no cleaning, no assigning of cupboards or shelves to tenants etc. free for all.
At times it felt like reporting things through the correct procedures and nothing was being actioned. Covid is no longer an acceptable excuse for items to not be repaired instantly or maintenance to be carried out
