GoogleUsed the services and advise of Property Link NI for the purchase of my apartment in Belfast. Barry's expertise knowledge of the local property market was a big help, and helped me use the right channels during the sales process. Barry is a wealth of local knowledge when it comes to buying in Belfast! Don't go anywhere else!

GooglePaid double deposit and 3 month rent in advance. They promised to call and make an appointment to collect keys but never did. When calling to ask, they ask for a number to get back to but they never did. Keys were late for 1 month and they refuse to refund the month that they delayed in giving the keys.

GoogleJamie was so welcoming and friendly when he showed us around the property's. He was so helpful and was able to answer all the questions we had about the property . After submitting our application, we got a response the next day. We would definitely recommend using Property Link!

GoogleJamie in Property Link NI managed the sale of our house in East Belfast. From assessing the property value, advertising and arranging for viewings. The sale went through in record time. Communication was excellent, reducing the usual delays associated with conveyancing. Genuinely extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again.

GoogleI've not had a better experience with letting agents in terms of getting fixes/ repairs done upon moving into the flat. Lisa did a great job of sorting the place out and negotiating with the landlord. I haven't had any other letting agent do that for us. Thanks!

GoogleTerrible estate agents. The house was not cleaned before we moved in. Communication was awful. Garden full of rubbish. I rented along with other students and property link tried to scam us out of our deposit! They staged photos of 'items' left behind for which they tried to fine us also. Unlucky for them I knew better and had taken photos of every inch of the house when I moved in (and emailed them a copy so as to time stamp the images). We left the house in a much better condition on leaving. We fought their charges through our tenancy deposit scheme and unsurprisingly won. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GoogleDreadful organisation - will milk tenants for everything it can. No communication between staff and beware of the contract they will charge penalties for absolutely everything- - £15 if you don't replace a light-bulb - £ 5 if they have to throw out anything after you move out - even if it was previous tenants - £ 25 admin fee if you forget to cancel a direct debit so they can return it. They also screwed up by telling us that there were going to be people moving in the 1st September - despite the fact that we had signed a contract until the 1st Oct and wanted us to move out early. Do yourself a favour - don't bother.
