Nicholas had have been great as an agent for us. He was cordial and did his best to make sure our stay was comfortable and in case we faced any issue, he was swift in response and addressed them on priority. In case of any building maintenance was planned, he let us knew in advance and was there to coordinate personally. It was great to have him around.

I cannot recommend Nicholas Residential highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and handled to the highest standard. Mark, in particular, was exceptional. His communication with me and the landlord was clear, prompt, and efficient. The apartment is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you, Nicholas Residential, for making this such a smooth and enjoyable process!

In the last 20 years of being a landlord we've used about 10 different agents and I've had close association with approximately another 10 through my work - Nicholas Residential is joint best.... We are remote landlords and cannot view the properties; we were on the cusp of selling our 3 rentals in NI until we found Jonathan. Im super confident in recommending Nicholas Residential.

They always give plenty of notice before carrying out inspections etc. i would have no hesitation in renting any other properties from them in the future.

They dealt with the process with great rapport and professionalism from the start and were always willing to assist in anyway possible. They made the process simple from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use them and recommend them to friends for any future sales. Thanks again!

Nicholas Residential were fantastic to deal with the whole time that we were renting. Moving in and out was effortless as communication was great. One interaction to note that was helpful was when viewings were taking place, Nicholas Residential worked around our busy schedule and ensured we were not interrupted with viewings. Would recomend Nicholas Residential to anyone.

I was with many agents in Belfast until I found Paul. I was so pleased with Paul professionalism and service I moved my whole portfolio to him. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tenants, personal touch with the property advertising of which I am very impressed , my properties are not just another template advert. Well done Paul and thank you.

I've recently rented an apartment from Nicholas Residential and it's was a very smooth process. We viewed the apartment with Paul and he was eager to answer all our questions. They've a great portal through propertyfile that holds the tenancy details and documents so it's been very easy to access them and e-sign everything. We also got this thoughtful welcome pack when we moved it.
