GoogleI contacted Michael Chandler Estate Agents in connection with the sale of our eldest brothers house and it was Clare Wylie who was dealing with the house sale. I must admit Clare kept us informed throughout the whole process, from the viewings right through to the sale of the house and she made the whole process less daunting for us. GoogleIt was geat to work with Stuart Ferguson. Stuart has an in-depth understanding of the property market in NI from the past to the present and future. He offered lots of insights into my property, e.g. proposing prices, how to do a good marketing, when is a good timing to list, monitoring and supervising the transaction process. He is very professional and efficient, everything is very organised, including recording details of each viewing and the feedback of each viewer. He is highly responsible and reliable to work with.

GoogleI had a terrible experience with this agency. They withheld our deposit stating we could potentially be charged more, despite the issues they highlighted being consistent with those noted on the initial inventory sheet. Alan was slow to reply to emails, requiring constant follow-ups. Furthermore, issues raised at the start of the tenancy were never addressed. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism and care caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Would not recommend.
