GoogleExcellent service from Ross and the team at John Minnis when selling my house recently. I got great advice and everything went smoothly, much better than I had hoped. I also had a great experience when I rented the same house a few years before and would definitely use John Minnis again in future.

GoogleI cannot recommend John Minnis East Belfast highly enough! I had 2 sales going on at the one time and neither was straight forward! The whole team were approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring at all times. Communication was easy and useful. I wouldn't use anyone else in future and have no hesitation in recommending John Minnis to anyone.

Googlei was a buyer for a property they were selling, i found my experience frustrating when having to constantly contact for updates and call backs and made to feel like i was being bothersome, and at fault, along with my solicitor, for delaying the sale when i provided proof otherwise.

Slow to reply, not told when going on annual leave, moved goal posts regarding evidence. My time was wasted. Abbie was my point of contact and no one else was able to talk on her behalf. GoogleCouldn't recommend John Minnis more highly and Ross McKnight of Ballyhackamore office in particular. Ross's professionalism and calm approach was so much appreciated, always willing to listen and gave great advice. Never once failed to respond to emails/calls etc. Literally the perfect experience which made a potentially very stressful event very smooth and stress free. It was a huge step for us to sell after over 16 years but Ross gave us the confidence to list our property, knowing there was no pressure and we are delighted with outcome and where we are now as a result. Thank you!

GoogleI had a very tricky house sale that lasted quite sometime. Issues re planning and building control from the 60s. I lost my sales a few times however I had the backing of the JM team who each time were fabulous in getting my sale back in focus and eventually we crossed the line. I’ve never been so glad to see a SOLD sign. Well done to Julie the calm voice of good news and Chris whose voice I started to dread. Lovely people in JM. I will defo be using you for any further sales.
