Great quick way to buy a house, even with applying for a Mortgage…they were welcoming of buying before auction date, and I had to buy with a mortgage. Don’t be put off by “auction”, you don’t have to be a cash buyer. But you do need to pay their selling fees, so work it into your budget.

My estate agents put me in touch with this company, as the sale had fallen through on our house. I was dealing with the lovely (Debbie) who talked me through every detail, every step of the way,& most importantly follow up emails to confirm everything! They are extremely professional & conscientious & above all pleasant to do business with! Thanks again Debbie...truly a pleasure doing business with you!

The team at iamsold are fantastic. Debbie, our contact, was brilliant from start to finish. We were kept up to date on all aspects of the process. We had our property up for sale with a regular "Purple" estate agent for months without a sale. Debbie secured us a sale within weeks. Can't thank her and the team enough.

Wonderful experience selling my property by online auction with iamsold. I was a reluctant convert to online auctions, but the team at iamsold made the process very straight forward, and achieved a result that I was delighted with. Highly recommended.

Just sold our apartment with I Am Sold and it was such a smooth process. They took a lot of the stress away, communicating really well and on the actual auction, using their skill to get us the best price. Throughly recommend the team. Thank you 😊

We sold our apartment in less than 2 months. They provided a free valuation, were realistic with the value (we actually got a little more than their valuation) and the great thing is, we paid virtually nothing up front. Highly recommended and took the hassle out of selling, thanks Guys.

I have dealt with these guys a number of times now. I am really impressed by the level of service from all the team, and most importantly the speed of delivery. The process via the auction is seamless and whether buying or selling, they will be my "go to" guys...especially if they get me the prices they have so far!!

I recently bought an apartment in Belfast through their property auction. Service was excellent from initial viewing to completion of purchase. The most stress free property transaction I've ever experienced. They have a real strong knowledge of the local property market and provided a real insight into different parts of the city, which ultimately helped me make my decision.
