GoogleThe only agency to personally call when I placed the original enquiry, in a time when email and text are so much easier it was an absolute pleasure to receive a call, and I am still waiting for other agencies to even bother to reply. Hannah’s personal touch to the entire experience was exceptional. The process was simple and smooth and no question went unanswered. Looking forward to the new house. Well done Hannah and thank you for making a stressful process so easy. Never loose that human touch it really does make such an incredible difference. A fantastic and successful 2023 and beyond for HMK Property Management Jono and Angie

GoogleMy partner and myself private rented through HMK and they were absolutely brilliant! Many landlords would not take us because we are so young (21 and 22) but Hannah was absolutely brilliant, she seen passed our ages and seen that we were serious about wanting a home to settle down in, the house became our pride and joy and if anything went wrong Hannah was at our back and call straight away getting it sorted, I couldn’t recommend HMK enough, if I need to rent again in the future HMK will definitely be our first port of call!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hannah and Lynn at HMK are absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent to take us through the very stressful process of selling our house. They were always there with a helping hand or a reassuring word. They were amazing from beginning to end, from advertising the property, to showing people around and then seeing the sale through to completion.

GoogleI'm not sure exactly what Hanna did but I didn't do anything. House sold within the first week completed 8 weeks later.... Joking aside, she took care of all viewings paperwork and dealing with new owners etc all I had to do was agree the price and sign the contract. Job done. Would deal with them again and recommend ..
Thanks Tim! It was great working with you! Best of luck with your onward search!

GoogleUntrustworthy, false advertising. Wasted over 2 months and over £1,000 due to a misleading and incorrectly described property. Estate agents should do their due diligence, check what they are advertising is accurate, and check when the vendor wants to complete. 6 months after sale agreeing? Never heard the like of it. Beware.
Hi David. I hope you had an opportunity to read my email I sent in response to your online review. As we explained, HMK Property ensures all advertising and property descriptions are as accurate as possible and there is absolutely no attempt to mis-lead any of our clients/customers. In terms of the longer than usual completion date, we made clear to all viewers that the vendors were still actively looking for a property to move to. Once they had agreed on a property, we were at the mercy in some respects to the complexities of any property chain, coupled with the additional factors mentioned in my email and over the phone unfortunately (on this occasion) the vendors were unable to facilitate an earlier completion date. If you'd like to discuss further please feel free to give us a call or respond to our email. Best of luck with your onward property search HMK Property

GoogleHannah approached me about securing a tenant for two properties I had listed. While I usually would mostly dismiss this type of service, I'm certainly glad I didn't this time. Hannah took on all the viewings, listed the properties on the relevant sites and did all the paperwork and checks required. Very good communication and the entire process was super easy from start to finish. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using HMK Property in the future!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
