We can’t thank HMK Property enough for selling our investment property. We instructed HMK after meeting Hannah at the initial consultation/valuation stage. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and enthusiastic. She had done her research into what property has sold in the area and gave me an accurate valuation. She was transparent with pricing and how best to market our house and took control of the marketing and once the house was live on portals, viewing took place almost immediately with multiple offers following shortly after. We can’t recommend Hannah and the rest of the team at HMK Property enough to market and sell your home.

From the first meeting for the valuation of my property through to completion of the sale and beyond, Hannah and her team were professional, approachable, accommodating and responsive. They took all the stress of selling a house away and made it as smooth as possible, and on top of that they found me a great rental to move to in the area I wanted to live!

Hannah and Lynn at HMK are absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent to take us through the very stressful process of selling our house. They were always there with a helping hand or a reassuring word. They were amazing from beginning to end, from advertising the property, to showing people around and then seeing the sale through to completion. They also use a fantastic online dashboard to keep you informed of viewings, feedback from viewings and any offers which might come in and this is updated on a regular basis so you always know what is going on. If you need an estate agent that goes above and beyond then HMK property are the estate agents for you!!!

Seen loads of good reviews from everyone rang about viewing a house yesterday that was saying it was available on there website as my family have been evicted from our house and i had the deposit in hand to pay upfront for the woman to tell me the house has already agreed on messaged the page and didn’t get any response. if a house has been agreed on or sold update it on your website it gives customers false impression and hope.

HMK Property recently sold a house for me in the North Down area. Hannah was friendly, enthusiastic and very professional from beginning to end. She clearly has a strong knowledge of the current housing market! She dealt with all the viewings and provided regular updates. House was sale agreed with in a week. With out doubt her efforts secured the best price and ensured that the process from listing through to the completion of the sale went very smoothly. Long story short, if you are selling a property in Northern Ireland don’t go past Hannah and HMK Property!! Highly recommend!!

This has been a terrible experience…

This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. Beginning with the owner telling me lies about a supposed letter from my ex-wife's legal team. They also could not achieve the money that the property is worth and rather than acting as an agent were more aligned with the potential buyers. They also advised selling for less than a neighbouring property. Eventually having had enough had the property valued by 2 other agents both who informed me that they could easily achieve £15,000 more. When I then pulled the property from them they spoke to my ex-wife's legal team lying stating that I was offered £10,000 more and also that the property wasn't being maintained. Avoid like the plague. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Highly recommend HMK Property for full let management of your property. I’ve been renting my house through HMK since December and the service has been flawless. Hannah is very responsive and proactive and I feel very reassured that my property is being well looked after. It’s one less thing for me to worry about. Thank you Hannah!

We used HMK for the recent sale of our house. Hannah kept us informed all the way through and never hesitated to go the extra yard to help us with different things that surfaced during the process. Would use again no problem and would recommend to anyone thinking about selling or renting their house.

Hannah has dealt with my property rental and eventual sale and it was a fantastic experience. This was despite the turbulent market at times over the last 2 years. She took time with organising all the viewings to get the right person and helped take all pressure off me. Great advice and attention to detail during the process to get the best offers for the property. I would have no hesitation at all to use HMK for any renting or selling of any property. All the best in the future Hannah. Aidan McMullan
