GoogleThe worst letting agents I have ever come across. Untrained staff who I would be surprised if they knew what day of the week it was. Kelly was particularly appalling. Only gave one star to leave the review.

GoogleStay well away !! Very unprofessional, will not return phone calls and messed my daughter around with a property she had paid a security deposit on. This letting agency had my daughters security deposit of £1500 and yet let the property to another client. He messed her around for 4 weeks not giving her an answer until I sought legal advice which did not go down well when I told this company. Any other option of letting agency will be better than this one.

GoogleStay away from Giant. Unprofessional, lazy, and clueless. Awful. Literally messed up at every opportunity they were given. I've been with multiple letting agencies in Belfast and Giant have been by far the worst. Took 5 extra days after we moved out to even do an inspection so that delayed getting our deposit back on a house we rented. They put my email on to their system incorrectly so I couldn't even get my deposit immediately. Careless and sloppy work. Then they deducted £40 for cleaning 'dusty' skirting boards. Ridiculous. The only thing that Giant Property staff are good at doing is avoiding tenant needs and avoiding anything that seems like work. To conclude, a room of chimpanzees in shirts and ties would probably do a better job. Stay away from Giant Property.

GoogleClean and tidy and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Supermarket located 10 min walk at most. Pizza delivery local for a quick meal, and quiet friendly area. However until the doors are fixed (sqeaky dreadfully when you open internal doors that will wake up ppl in the house at night ) and the intertnet access is very intrusive (wanting personal info and then access is still not good) i cannot give 5 stars. And the crockery neefs a good scrub to be clean.

GoogleUntrained staff with unprofessional attitudes when working with professionals. (not students) They call frequently about missing rent money and asked for proof of payments which is concerning as it's standing order. Also during our viewing we were told certain things about the house like multiple showers and dish-washer and clothes washing facilities and non of this worked. We had to use the laundrettes for the most part of the year until it was sorted. Just annoying as it can be costly and time consuming especially when you are paying a lot of money for a property that is supposed to have those things. Luckily had a gym membership to have access to a shower. Glad my lease finished with them, won't be back i'd recommend the same to others.

In my experience the staff of Giant Property have always acted in my best interest and their professionalism, helpfulness and expert advice has always worked to my advantage as a property investor. Google1 star is way too much for these demonic creatures. Sit back and enjoy the story guys. If you think that house you found rented by them is a bargain, it's already too late. They started eating your soul already. So apart from the jokes, don't trust those 5 star reviews you can see online. they are 100% made by them to try and save a little bit their reputation. Honestly, it was a bit of a nightmare. Back in the days, I rented from them for two years a house in Stranmillis,along with my housemates. Let us start by saying that we kind of payed for a house with two showers (we needed them because there was 5 of us) and the first one obviously broke down after a month... Called And called, never have been able to use it since. But this is minor. We survived. The real battle for justice was at the end of the tenancy. Will giant property show a bit of mercy, despite treating us like dirty animals for two years? Ahahaha. These guys don't know what mercy means. They will backtrack every single payment since you started tenancy. If you where late one day, like I will admit, I was because of a bank holiday, they will fine you. Even if it was 16 months ago. But that's part of my contract, I can't complain. What I can complain about tough, is the fact that every single one of us had money taken from them for "repairs" of things that where already broken from the start, and "unclean" stairs that I have seen my housemates repeatedly clean up in the last 2 days of cleaning up all day. Oh and don't get me started on the fact that it was a battle to just get a fraction of our money back. The contract stated id would have taken 2 weeks. Not two months... Im really not trying to be spiteful and be be objective. This is my first review after all, and I'm dedicating it to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. When a company tries to fine you because you forgot an old jumper in a drawer under your bed, you realise something is wrong with these people. Honestly, as reviews have stated before, if you call in and there is black haired woman in the front desk do yourself a favour... RUN.

Google***ATTENTION*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS Possibly the worst accomodation experience we ever had. We arrived to our apartment which was filthy, there was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom and WiFi wouldn't work. Later on in the night there were people trying to push drugs on ourselves in the hallway as we were leaving. We paid for a late check out for 2pm, at 11AM our door was being kicked in by the staff as they claim we were smoking in the apartment ... we dont smoke. Other rooms was playing loud music all night and the smell of burning drugs in the corridor was almost as disgusting as the way the staff treated us along with a "manager" looking for an argument rather than finding a solution.

GoogleThe rooms were nice and clean; very spacious living room with a pull out couch for extra guests and a washer and dryer in unit. The wifiwas easy to connect to and there was a hairdryer provided. We were within walking distance from several restaurants and bars, and were able to call a cab to the ferry station which was 10 minutes away. Would recommend!

GoogleI genuinely cannot put into words at how poor this company is. I don't have the energy to describe to you all how bad they are at communication (unless they want your money) and in general how little respect they have for their clients. If you take one thing out of this review...NEVER use this company. Worst mistake of my life.

GoogleExcellent service and friendly staff always more than happy to help with any queries. Everything dealt with in a professional manner. I've been dealing with giant property now for 3 years, moved house twice and they've always catered to my every need giving me a number of options to choose from to make sure I was moving somewhere suitable.

GoogleAwful from start to finish. Word of advice steer well clear. Don't follow up on anything and completely and utterly incompetent requiring 5 phonecalls to get them to do even the most simple tasks. Absolutely no communication between staff. If I could have given 0 stars it still would have been too high a score
