GoogleA big big thank you to Will (and everyone else at Fetherstons) for helping to get the sale of our property completed and over the line. I hugely appreciated Will's diplomacy and tact in moving negotiations forwards when there were sticking points, and for his level headed advice. He provided us with regular updates on what was going on and felt like we were in safe hands. Itβs been a while since I went through this process, and working alongside him made the whole thing much less stressful. It was a pleasure working with Fetherstons, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

GoogleLast year, I was looking for my dream apartment and Nici and Nick were instrumental in making the process possible in a personal and highly professional way. They both answered all my queries and Nici dealt with various aspects promptly and efficiently. Especially Dylan, you were a huge help! Thanks to them I have found a new home in Belfast which I am now happily settling into. GoogleGrainne and Johnny looked after the sale of my apartment in South Belfast. I can not recommend them highly enough. They provided constant support and advice throughout the demanding and emotional process. Grainne's common sense and experience in the business was evident in how she navigated the sale and kept the buyer and myself informed at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending these people to anyone buying or selling.

GoogleThis Estate Agent is by far one of the top agencies in Belfast! They're highly professional, approachable, responsive and most importantly friendly. Since the beginning I have delt with many people from fetherstone Clements, all have excceded my expectations but Holly in particular stood out. Holly was always there whenever we needed something in regards to the property even if it didn't have to do with her department directly! Holly always went above and beyond to help whenever they can! GoogleThey used the holding deposit fee as leverage to force me sign previously undisclosed contractual terms, and refused to pay me back when I didn't agree. Only after I contacted a lawyer they paid me back. Avoid them.
