GoogleI highly recommend Featherstons for selling your house. Will’s communication from the very start, when getting my property listed, was excellent. Grainne kept me well informed throughout the entire process once it was on the market and was instrumental in helping to close the deal. She also made sure I was included in all communications. Grainne was always friendly, approachable, and easy to reach, which made the whole experience far less stressful. Thank you very much!

GoogleRecently sold our property with Fetherstons with the sale lead by Jonathan Steen. Extremely impressed by the whole service start to finish by the entire team. Jonathan was so professional and experienced in all that he did for us and gave us great advice throughout. Our conveyancing took some time and Jonathan and team guided us through the entire process with very regular communication and updates between all parties involved. GoogleWe recently both sold a property and purchased through Fetherstons. I cannot recommend them enough. Will Miscampbell, Grainne Rehill, Catherine Mawdesley and Nicola were all exceptionally professional in all of their dealings with us and they got us the result we were wanting. Even with a difficult and complicated transaction they were on hand to answer any questions and provide practical solutions. All of the staff at Fetherstons were professional, polite and friendly during all of our interactions and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleWe came back to Fetherstons because Will handled our last sale a number of years ago so impeccably, and once again he exceeded expectations. This time we also had the pleasure of working with Grainne, who was absolutely fabulous, proactive, supportive, and always one step ahead. Selling a home always has its inevitable bumps but Fetherstons smoothed everything out effortlessly. They were calm, reassuring, and always available to answer questions or guide us through decisions. Their sales strategy, pricing advice, marketing, and negotiation skills were spot on and gave us huge confidence throughout. What really impressed us was how they managed to look after both sides of the sale, our buyers told us how helpful and approachable they were, which makes such a difference. GoogleI reach out to Fetherstons real estate agent as I urgently wanted to rent one of the properties listed. I got in touch with them on April 28 2024 and asked if they could help me as I needed a long term lease and if they could get this sorted before 1st of May so I wouldn't end up paying again for my air bnb. I spoke to Cameron who was very polite and efficient. Since I wasn't based in Belfast, he went to the property and took a live video for me. He kept me posted with the progress every step of the way and was very friendly. He understood my situation and made sure he worked on this tight deadline. 30th April the contract was drafted and I signed it and im happily living at my new place. On the day of moving in he met me and handed me an envelope which contained all the relevant information I needed, the door codes etc were hand written as well. The agency has not only been so friendly but their team has been amazing as well cause when I called him at times and his colleagues answered they would already know the updates too!! Really happy to have chosen this company!!! Would definitely recommend them 👌
