GoogleInteresting that this company is at the same address as another estate agent with 1 star.... Its almost as if its a shell company in an attempt to reduce the number of bad reviews.
Rented from M&M property services (the actual name of this company) during University and they were less than helpful. They seemed to loathe students (which is understandable) and tarred all of them with the same brush regardless of circumstance or situation.
Honestly, if youre a student and have any sense of worth and don't want to get shafted because one of your flat mates was a prat, go to Douglas Huston up the road and live away from all of this companies buildings.

GoogleScammed us out of £380 because of a lost key. Wouldn't provide receipt for proof. Ask everyone to email but put people on an email loop

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
