FacebookGreat service from Ampmni over the past year. Couldn't fault them in any way. They regularly check in to ensure everything is up to scratch and are there to help the tennants not just the landlord. Darren was incredibly helpful and sorted out any issues I've had and checked in to ensure that I was satisfied with the resolution. Definitely recommend!

GoogleDid you do the same with the previous tenant? that left the house so dirty that I cleaned for two days, and when I signed the contract it said no pets and I lived with your mice, are you kidding me? I asked you every time to do something and you did nothing and for a little dirt I left you took money ridiculous

Another tenant who didn’t bother cleaning before leaving and complains when charged. As always all deposits are held by TDSni any disputes are adjudicated by an independent body so we can not withhold money without evidence.

GoogleI have always found David, Aaron and all the staff to be very helpful, professional and thinking ahead for both the purchaser and vendor. I have bought and sold houses through AMPM over the years and seem to be a few steps ahead of the solicitors and proactive to get the sale completed. They shoulder a lot of the anxiety when buying or selling your home. Thoroughly recommend.

Sad to say my experience with AMPM was soured at the very end. Some issues that had been there since before my tenancy began were then charged to me out of my deposit. AMPM provided photos of the condition of the apartment before I moved in but couldn’t confirm the date they were taken. I accepted responsibility for the more costly items that were accidentally damaged during my tenancy, yet still I was charged for trivial things that weren't my fault. £20 to rub a mark off a wall that was there before I moved in was the highlight.Initially I made the mistake of not finding time in a hectic week of moving house to remember to take photos of the condition I found the place in. A real shame to leave this review as other than my final dealing, every representative of the company (Darren, Gillian and Diane) I spoke to was helpful and courteous, as was my landlord. Unfortunately Aaron who handled my 'checkout' was rather blunt and unsympathetic especially considering the fact I had to leave my apartment due to damp and mould in the building that had caused me health issues and damaged my property. I was fairly compensated for the damaged property by the landlord but it was hardly an ideal situation.Be careful, if there is something wrong with your rental, no matter how small, make sure to remember to tell them right away, they will chase pennies.

FacebookDon’t for a min think your deposit is safe with AMPMni I clean a house top to bottom only a few ware and tire items left untouched in home (housing rights say they can’t charge for ware n tire ) but doesn’t stop them trying

I must say that Darren for the most part was very helpful when issues arised in the property just a pitty that was ruined by claiming against my deposit even after being told at checkout in the property that it all looked good

Staff extremely aggressive when requesting any assistance. Tend to bully younger tenants and tell direct lies. Totally unapproachable, I would not recommend to anyone.

After booking a viewing with them and mentioning numerous times time I’m relocating and that I’m coming from 70 miles away, my appointment got cancelled 1(one) hour before the actual viewing! Very unprofessional! Stay away and look somewhere else and save your time and money. I would give them no stars if possible!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleTerribly incompetent estate agents. Poor admin, entered property without permission, lied about deposit deductions and dragged deposit return out for 6 months. Avoid!

Tenant broke lease when lied about having a cat. Lied about damages caused by cat and themselves. Then blames AMPMni. As all tenants know deposit deductions are handled by an independent body. Which means all deductions have to be proven yet tenants still claim they are unfair.
