GoogleI've rented 5 places with 4 different estate agents in my life and this mob are hands down the worst. My girlfriend viewed a 1 bedroom flat which at the time was filthy, had cupboards hanging off and a sliding wardrobe where the sliding door was completely broken off its hinges and the glass on the door was smashed. We agreed to take it as we were quite desperate with the reassurance that the relevant fixes would be completed beforehand. When we went to get the keys we were told that the wardrobe wasn't fixed due to 'covid' but that it would be in due course. By the time we'd moved out the wardrobe still hadn't been fixed. When we moved in we noticed the smell of damp throughout the flat but couldn't found the source, we soon discovered that the bathroom wall was absolutely covered in it and a cupboard had been tactically placed in front of it to hide this, blinds in the living room were broken and had blood stains on them, only after contacting them about this were they eventually fixed after over a month (the man installing the blinds even remarked about how bad belvoir are to deal with) When we were moving out we were advised there would be viewings and I advised of times that I would be working as I work from home and gave them the opportunity to work around this, they agreed however a week later whilst working I get a rap on the door and a lady from the estate agents is standing there with a gentleman who was there for a viewing (complete breach of any tenancy agreement) before we moved out we left the flat absolutely spotless, I had repainted the living and bedrooms as when we moved in the wallpaper had started to peel off and the living room wall actually had unfilled drill holes in it, we cleaned the bedroom carpet with a rug doctor where previously it had been yellow with stains and fixed all of the cupboard doors. We then got a letter to say 70 pound of our deposit was to be taken due to the smell of damp in the flat which was there before we moved in. I would love to provide pictures of the heliish 'flat' belvoir provided to us but can only advise to stear well clear of these charlatans, they do nothing prior to you moving in and lie constantly when challenged about the state of their properties. Scum

GoogleHad for a viewing with them today and I was late by 5 mins. I apologised well in advance for my tardiness. But the agent who was there accused me that this wasn't the first time I'm being late for an house viewing. This was completely wrong as I've never booked an appointment with this agents and with the place to which he referred that I was late before. And on top of that he proceeded to ask me questions such as, "what am I working as", "how long have I been living here", "where is the other person from", "why are they moving in with me", "where am I originally from", "how long have we both been in UK" and "why am I moving out of my current place". I'm sorry, I didn't know this was an interview, thought it was an house viewing!! I've had my share of viewings before, never have I been questioned this way by any agent in front of the house. Left a bad taste in my mouth after this viewing, not doing another viewing with this agents again.

GoogleI was absolutely disgusted at how I was treated after viewing a property with these people. They as good as promised me the flat there and then, they even asked my girls if they wanted to see their bedroom. They then refused to return my many calls, eventually opting to take the cowards way out and send an email rather than giving me the courtesy of a phone call. Blatant discrimination against non full time workers and benefit seekers. I will never view a property leased from these people again. I’ve never felt more humiliated & discriminated against in all my days. Avoid this company at all costs you’ll be glad you did.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Google"If Property Could Fly - Belvoir is the Sky". We've rented for years, from different countries, counties, councils and countless collectives of contract legal landlord's, leasing's and lettings legacies; all of which - after some time, become somewhat - 'run of the mill'. Of course, for those that choose to rent, or have no choice, finding a place to call 'home', is important, and the trepidation of moving into 'uncharted waters' with a new move, can also be, unsettling.
This is where Belvior come in. Not only do they respect and recognise, that efficiency, tenacity and customer service is integral, but they also have that other 'most rarest of qualities' - Care. As with most moves, there are up's and downs, but where downs 'may' have been present for us whence moving in - Belvoir 'strove' to ensure that any issues were rectified, swiftly, and within a manner that suited 'us', the tenants.
As oppose to taking sides, Belvoir property manage professionally and by the book for both the landlord and the tenants respectively. This effectively provides a consistent and considered, all round service of quality for all, which understandably, makes the experience 'unique'.
Without drawing out my point, I will close that: 'if you require a company which you can trust, that will treat you with fairness, manners and patience, while also being personable and reliable, affable and supportive, look no further. Thank you. :)

GoogleI can proudly say that I am Belvoir Tenant, right from the initial handshake to closure of my tenure the team was very helpful and co-ordinating all my house repairs in timely manner. It was a pleasant stay being part of Belvoir had a comfortable and transparent tenancy process and they are friendly enough you don't need to worry about settling in a new home and flexible enough to suit your requirement on tenancy. Looking forward for future endeavour with Belvoir.

GoogleHave used Belvoir Lettings for the past 5yrs to manage my flat rental as I live abroad. They enabled me to conduct all business remotely and kept me informed of any issues and ensured my property was looked after. Belvoir are very good at finding and attracting tenants and this meant uninterrupted income during my time with them. I dealt predominately with Lisa Curran and more recently Eimhear Maguire at Belvoir Belfast South, both where professional, efficient and helpful at all times. I would recommend Belvoir Lettings to anyone looking a reliable agent to manage their property.

GoogleI've been dealing with Belvoir for almost ten years and as a landlord they take all the pain out the letting experience. I've always found them to be efficient, friendly and effective. They handle the smallest to the largest of problems with ease and transparency. Highly recommended.
More recently I successfully sold an apartment with Yasmin Macartney as agent. Enthusiastic, driven and a joy to deal with. Honest and open she did her absolute utmost to assist and do more that she was expected. Top marks for effort endurance and overall for being a truly good person to deal with.

GoogleYasmin MacCartney has been looking after the sale of my house - which is now close to completion. I have nothing but praise for Yasmin who was extremely helpful in advice and support on how to improve my house prior to putting it on the market and the ease with which the sale has progressed. Her positive attitude and efficiency has made this the most pleasant experience I have had with selling a house.

GoogleThe dealings of real estate agents are terrible, they make an appointment for a viewing and subsequently change the date an hour before, I do not recommend this real estate agency, it is not a serious deal

GoogleHave been with them for about 4 years. Thankfully in those years nothing unusual happened. When we needed something they arranged someone to come over and fix it. When we had bigger problem they arranged everything with the landlord and at the end the issue was resolved. Eimhear treated us fairly and was flexible in all cases to make tenants happy.
Could only recommend Belvoir!

GoogleHaving dealt with both sales and lettings departments in Belvoir I would highly recommend them. All staff are professional and are very easy to deal with. While selling the property they were in constant communication and provided excellent advice. Also when letting the property they dealt with any tenant queries and organised any repairs to the house.
No hesitation to give five stars.
