GoogleC P Walker & Son provided great service in helping us find our first property to rent as students. They answered all of our questions regarding the property in a timely manner to help us fully understand what we were agreeing to. I particularly found Samana Syed to be helpful as when she showed us around the property she made sure to double check anything that seemed amiss or any responses she gave us to ensure we were given the correct information and when I had a query for the landlord she conveyed this to them well and made sure I was listened to which helped us to come to an agreement in which both parties were happy. I would definitely recommend C P Walker & Son as a letting agent, especially to any other first year students looking for their first rental.
