He has put up with me tirelessly over the last few months and got the ball rolling on several jobs that were in dire need of getting done. We were so impressed by the service we received recently when selling through CP Walker. Caroline Baker worked tirelessly throughout, frequently going above and beyond and dealing calmly and professionally in resolving all issues, even when many new 'challenges' and 'surprises' - completely beyond the control of CP Walker or ourselves - arose. Whenever others 'found' problems, she consistently found solutions. Caroline kept us very well informed throughout and pro-actively chased certain other parties involved in the process when communication was not forthcoming from them. We could not have asked for a better estate agent experience and consider the fee extremely good value for all that Caroline did for us in seeing the sale through from beginning to end. Thanks and credit also go to Mark Finnigan, who helped and advised us greatly and used his skills and experience to guide us safely away from some potential serious pitfalls that we otherwise wouldn't have had a clue about ourselves. We are very glad indeed that we chose to sell through CP Walker and would not hesitate in the slightest to highly recommend them. It shouldn't have to be said, but in an industry which has a widespread negative reputation, their honesty and integrity stood out like a bright reassuring beacon from start to finish. I felt she went above and beyond for me, incredibly thankful to her!
