GoogleRequested a reference for their previous tenant - they wanted to try and profit from it by asking him to pay for it. Useless greedy pedants. Would never use their servicez
Agent replied · 28 May 2023
Hi Pete, we have not asked your client for money for a reference. We do not charge for references and never have done. Please feel free to call our team on 01463 233218. Thanks

allAgents"They deliberately stack..."
They deliberately stack buyers viewing appointments so close together than viewings are never completed in time. So viewings always overrun and are interrupted. Definitely something we would now heavily even consider before evem viewing somewhere with them now as the 2 properties we viewed with them have been such bad experiences.
