An excellent service from start to finish. The team worked tirelessly to give me the best service. Special mention for Janet who went above and beyond in helping me through what was a very emotional purchase for me. Not worthy even of one star. They sent out contract for renewal tenancy and failed to pick up that statutory notice periods have changed twice during Covid. They are still advising that it’s two months when in fact it was extended to three and now six months. An absolute joke of a service.
