The team are all very professional, especially the manager at the Quay branch. The shop space is in a prominent location so there were lots of viewings, in addition to the online service which led to offers with a quick sale. I am very pleased with their performance.

Ossett branch wakefield. Offered asking price for a property never heard from agent back. I rang over a week later to ask about feedback ,they said they had higher offer amd accepted never even asked us if we wanted to offer more. lost the house we wanted. very poor agent if you are buying or selling a house.

We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.

Excellent!! Jane (Reddish branch) managed to find me some great tenants for a newly renovated house in Manchester. The photos were taken to an excellent standard and Jane created me a short list of great applicants and then ultimately found the best tenants within a couple of weeks.
