Not used Haart's as a seller hence I can't give 5 stars cos I don't know but what I would say is that Adrian worked very hard to try and get a sale done with us. He got us access to info regarding the property to allay concerns about damp. It wasn't quite the right house for us so we didn't buy but obviously that's not on him. :)

The experience with the letting agent, Nicola, was so incredibly professional. She is so friendly, bubbly and kind. She met with us at our rental property and was ready to take photos and videos with the help of our 8 year old son who she, very kindly, included in the process. The property was rented within a week - she knew exactly the type of tenant we were looking for. Nicola kept us in the loop at every stage and was fantastic. I could not recommend her more and will use her again in the future. The administrative team, however, was not so great which was a real shame as it let Haart down.. They were demanding, not overly helpful and sent through the wrong statement saying we would be paying an awful lot more than agreed with no explanation or apology for the mistake. I would give the admin team a 2 and Nicola a 5 hence the overall rating of 4.

I recently went through a house move during probably one of the most stressful times for people in a century. James from the office in fishponds, a new letting agent, was an absolute hero for me and my partner. I knew as soon as I met him, he was golden. He found us an amazing property and with an amazing landlord and during the whole ordeal, he was in personal contact with me throughout, trying to smoothen out the cracks made in other areas of the business due to this virus. Unfortunately, I have now heard James has been let go due to current affairs. He even stayed in contact and helped, even though he had no obligation to. I cannot thank him enough for his patience, his reassurance and overall, his great approach to the stressful work he was doing. If you manage to read this James, me and Tara thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We spoke to several estate agents all of which didn't seem very keen to take on our house which was a straightforward no chain sale. Haart were immediately enthusiastic, came round straight away showing the research they had already done, advised us well and we signed up straight away, They had the house on the website within a week and six people to view on the first day. They operated an open house over 2 days and we received 6 offers one of which we accepted. Liam kept us fully informed throughout the sale and during the legal stages. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Experienced terrible service through Haart. the initial taking of the deposit and access to an online viewing prior to letting a flat was very quick and efficient, but experienced nothing but headaches from then onwards. the online portal system is a nightmare, they repeatedly got email addresses wrong and we received very rude emails when we were unable to fill out details online; when it came to actually collecting the keys I travelled twice from 2 hours away to be able to move in and both times the contract was voided because of errors on their end - no communication about this and it delayed our move in date. We weren't given the correct keys or any details for the landlord and again received rude communication when trying to chase up on this. The people in the branch have always been friendly and approachable but the whole system is very difficult to navigate and is certainly not set up to be tenant friendly.
