Really set up for (auction) buyer support

I bought a Pattinson property by auction, first time ever. Sheila Brannen at West branch was very responsive from the start and helpful, showing my 2nd viewing and advised on the price the seller would I accept. I won the auction by offering a higher bid, the seller accepted and the auction stopped, as I'd been advised by Oliver at Pattinson. After that everything went haywire, with only 28 days to complete. Pattinson were very supportive. Their Auction Team was helpful for sounding and advice. Later the Sale Progression Team, especially Kate, gave reassuring clarification on the end of the phone when the lawyers were incommunicado. She could see progression of the seller and their lawyers' side, which was really helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Pattinson, they are brilliantly set up for customer support throughout the process. Sheila Brannen even helped to tie up loose ends after the sale, like kindly getting the missing window keys from the seller. Thank you all!

I would like to share my thanks to Faye, Jack and Vicky for their help and support throughout a very drawn out and frustrating sale. We were initially with another agent, and after no movement in 5 months on our property, took advice from the team , who got our property listed and sold within 10 days. Selling by auction was an excellent choice for us

We would like to thank everyone at Pattinson's, especially Caitlin and Michael, for their friendly and professional service during the recent sale of our holiday cottage. We were looking for a reasonably quick "hassle free" sale but did not want to compromise on the price. We were advised "secure sale" by auction would be the best option for us, and although we were initially wary due to unfamiliarity with the process, we decided to give it a go. The whole process, from our first contact with Pattinson's to exchange of contracts, took no more than 5 weeks. Everything happened very quickly on the auction day and the bids rapidly increased from a relatively low starting point, finally comfortably exceeding our expectations before the hammer fell. And at that point, contacts are exchanged and the sale is legally binding for both parties, so there is no worry about the buyer pulling out. We would certainly use this method of sale again, and would trust Pattinson's to manage it.

We’ve just sold our home through Pattinson Houghton and we couldn’t fault them at all. We had multiple viewings straight away and sold the property for higher than asking price. Worst service by agency don't trust them , offered two houses , but agency keeps saying customer want to go with other person although we offered more , I think agency is taking some money from buyer and refusing offer with offers customer service also worst not in clear in sales . I personally recommend please go with different agency.
