GoogleWe both bought and sold through Lane & Bennetts and were extremely happy with the help we received from start to finish from David, Julie, Ryan and the team. Their valuation of our house was spot on and we sold in super quick time for the full asking price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future!

GoogleWe chose Lane & Bennetts as we liked everything David had to say when he did our valuation. We had lived in our home for a very long time, so needed a bit of hand-holding during the whole process. Julie was amazing at all times, as were Ryan and Belinda. The whole team at Langford are really helpful, as they needed to be during a protracted sale. They chased solicitors and calmed our nerves. We really cannot praise them all enough and would recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house.

Lane and Bennetts in Langford cannot be faulted for their exceptional service, i was selling my fathers house as he went into a care home and they have been so professional from the outset. Even when i phoned up one evening having been told by my dads neighbour that his house seemed to have a problem as the windows were dripping wet they didnt bat an eyelid and one of their staff went there to make sure everything was in order.these are the 1% of good estate agents that give the 99% bad ones a bad name!!!! thanks David for all your great work
