We have recently sold and made a house purchase with William H Brown in Bedfordshire. The experience from start to finish was simple and pain free. The team were very mindful of our sensitive situation and supported us every step of the way, in particular Jack Courtney who first showed us around the property we were interested in purchasing. He proved himself to be knowledgeable and very helpful member of the team. He answered all of our questions/concerns with a professional approach and in a timely manner. Neil Woodhall, the branch manager was very responsive and always kept us in the loop and informed us of our progress, he was always willing to help and deal with any potential issues.
