GoogleNick Webb from Walden’s is our estate agent who has been so good in regards to the purchase of a bungalow for my mother. He has been so helpful in our endeavour to find a suitable place for her, responsive to our requests to try to expedite the purchase and has given us invaluable practical advice considering she (and my husband and I) are relatively new to the area. He was kind and courteous to the new neighbours and allowed time to chat and joke with them so mum could feel really at ease with her new surroundings. I love the fact that we have a named sales person (Nick) throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion and this has made the whole process much less stressful and really person centred. I have had very few and only very minor issues with the property, which have been dealt with and resolved professionally and promptly. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and Craig the manager is outstanding. GoogleHow I had found my experience with Waldens Lettings? I am renting my place from 3th of Feb and as on each relation - beginning are difficult, but only because we do not knew each other. It is my first property that I rent from agency, and happy that I choose Valdens Lettings as my first one, because each time when I needed something from them , they response. I have access to my dashboard, when I had challenge with boiler they send service in 2/3 days which is an amazing and always when I asked for help I receive the information. At the moment I do not know how they will ''rate'' me, but I have 3 months more to have a good , maybe even better relationship with the agency. Only minus that I will add is the quality of the property that I found out later , during the tenancy , but is couple of things that could be repair and they are happy to help.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Now in the process of selling up and moving on .....my lads at Waldens are fantastic Steve Nick and Rob,. mustn't forget Sharon because she's as good as the lads... They keep me informed.... keep me calm when I get panicky..... & impatient... GoogleAfter using a national agent to try and sell our house for 3 months with no luck and poor communication we turned to Waldens due to the good reviews and reputation locally. Within 2 weeks they had negotiated an offer close to asking price which we happily accepted. The process and professionalism was impressive by Nick, Rob and Steve who all went above and beyond to push the sale through whilst offering a friendly and honest approach to us and our buyer. We have now exchanged contracts and completion due this Friday due to their hard work. Great service and well worth the fees. Not easy to find agents like this anymore! 100% recommend trying Waldens before going anywhere else. Thanks guys for a good job well done.
