We recently bought a house through Tim Anderson and were very grateful for his professionalism, organisation and persistence that helped us complete our purchase and OUR sale before the stamp duty deadline. We were selling our house through Purple Bricks whose after sales department effectively did nothing to manage the process. We were incredibly grateful to Tim for chasing our chain using his extensive knowledge and experience of the process. We found his video tour of the house very informative and much more useful than similar online viewing experiences from other estate agents. Due to Covid restrictions, this was the only viewing our girls had of the property until we moved in. We can’t thank Tim enough, he helped us buy our first home. He guided us through everything, as you can imagine we didn’t know how everything worked at the very beginning- but he was there for us every second and answered all our questions and queries. I would recommend Tim to anyone, as he definitely knows what he is talking about. Even towards the end of the purchase, it started to get a bit stressful and that didn’t bother him- he was still about to give us regular updates and make sure everything happened all in good time.
