GoogleTim is a fantastic estate agent who does so much more than simply selling your house for you. He did do that.... very rapidly in one weekend after we had dealt with a different estate agent for a month with no luck. But the after sales support is what stands out as Tim was constantly in communication with us (and our buyers) throughout the course of the months that it took to find a house and move, in fact he was whipping the other estate agents and solicitors into shape for us. What's also great is you are dealing with Tim throughout, not a whole host of office bods etc. This included even taking the photos himself and he made the house look at it's best with a few artistic touches here and there. He is really experienced, knows the area very well and has also been helpful in providing us with contacts. So overall couldn't recommend more highly and well worth the fee in my opinion

He was absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t ask any more of him: answering our many questions, giving us advice and pointing us in the right direction when we needed it. Tim met us at our lovely new property with a gorgeous bouquet, which was a really special touch! GoogleTim's expertise and experience shone through with my recent sale which wasn't the easiest move and at times was very stressful. I'm grateful that he was able to keep everything together and manage the many obstacles and challenges that came our way. GoogleWe have just sold our property through Tim, and I could not recommend Tim Anderson enough, Tim Sold our property within days of being online, Tim was always ontop of everything with regular updates throughout the transaction, being in a chain of 3, Tim made the whole process a lot less stressful for us as he was always on the end of the phone. With two young children, we were incredibly grateful for the way he managed viewings in a way that was sensitive to our needs, and to family life.
