GoogleAs a landlord of 25 years I decided to change letting agents after carrying out an extensive refurbishment of my rental property. Signature Lettings came highly recommended so I arranged to meet them at the property. Josh and Courtney came across as the consummate professionals and answered all my questions and set my mind at ease, they made me feel that my property would be in safe hands. That evening the property was advertised and by the following day there were eight interested parties. Two days later a tenant was chosen and a week later the tenancy agreement was signed by all parties and a start date agreed. Excellent service so far.

GoogleAfter noticing a number of Signature Lettings boards. I decided to make contact with them to enquire about there services when one of my rental properties became empty. After my initial contact with Courtney, she arranged to come out and meet me to undertake a valuation at the property. The property was rented out within 48 hours of taking the photographs and I couldn’t be any more happier with the service I received. I would definitely recommend!
