FacebookI instructed Signature Sales and Lettings recently to sell my property. They sold it within the first week of advertising it. The advert looked really good and the pictures made the house look amazing. Joe is so friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Joe's expertise and knowledge of the property market clearly stood out. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. A++++

I had locked myself out and my children were out of the country, but Courtney drove from one village to another to collect the spare key and drove to me to let me in. GoogleThis is the first time renting (at the age of 63!), and the staff at Signature Sales and Lettings made the whole process run smoothly, shout out to Myah Taylor who was very professional in my dealings with her also to Jenny Gordon. On picking up the keys they handed me a welcome pack with info and goodies inside. So far a great company with good customer relations, and I wish them well going forward. Highly recommended.

FacebookJoe at Signature Sales gave us an excellent service. He was dealing with our purchase and was outstanding and we wish he could have dealt with our sale. It would have been a much less stressful experience if he had. As soon as I contacted him I received a reply he was always available to assist us through out the whole process. Even after we had moved in he messaged to see how it went and if there was anything more we needed. His service was amazing and I would highly recommend him and Signature Sales and Lettings in Kempston Bedford.

GoogleEvery agent we spoke to was extremely friendly and responsive, from Jenny being super approachable every step of the way to Myah showing us the flat and helping us with the last bump in the road or so. Everybody was lovely and so helpful, especially for first-time renters like ourselves. Everything was done quickly and they were so patient. Thank you all! Our son is loving the new space.

GoogleIt was an in and out job! Josh was fantastic at assisting me in finding the right property to rent, at the right price, in the right area! And he managed to do it all in a single day! Honestly, if all the agents I approached where as attentive to detail as Josh was, I would never have gotten to him! I had interacted with seven different agents before coming across Josh. They were all very good at telling me what was not possible and what could not be done, but Josh took the complete opposite approach. He was all about what was possible and what could be done. Even down to the business of authentication and verifying me being who I said I was was made simple. He knows his properties and, most importantly, knows the landlords who he works with well, because he did what has taken others weeks, and even then they could not get a deal over the line. After working with Josh, I can honestly say I don't know what all the fuss was about with my previous agents. This guy is mustard! Thank you so much, Sir!
