GoogleI want to recommend Rob Smith at HollandSmith as he assisted me to sell my house which was part of a fairly long chain. He offered reassuring advice, always answered my calls and acted swiftly on my behalf whenever I requested a follow up on something. The same can't be said for all involved and I began this process with a slightly cynical view of estate agents which I'm glad to say Rob turned on it's head! I would definitely look at buying/selling through HollandSmith if I were staying in the area and would like to thank them for their assistance throughout the process.

From the initial contact to arrange a viewing through to the final collection of keys the experience of dealing with Hollands Smith has been fantastic. Rob Smith in particular has been friendly, approachable and responsive providing support and insight during the complete sales process. He was also more than happy to engage in other areas to provide assistance and clarity on the status of the sale and this created an environment which was reassuring and great team work. They're so polite & friendly and take the time to listen and help you where they can. The times we have needed help with maintenance at the property, Jane has always ensured it's dealt with immediately and resolved as quickly as possible. Their catalogue of properties around the area are stunning and the houses we have seen (before we chose our current one) have always been in beautiful condition in great locations. GoogleWe have just recently completed a purchase that was being dealt with through Hollands Smith in the upward chain. Even though we had not specifically marketed the property with Hollands Smith - the team were extremely helpful, provide timely and useful updates on the upward chain and answered all of our (many!) questions to the best of their abilities. Based on this experience, we would definitely consider marketing our properties in the future with Hollands Smith and would strongly recommend to others also!

GoogleTypically deceitful estate agent who bullsh!tted with us and never put our offer forward despite outbidding the apparent final offer. Clearly they only want to sell to developers at lower rate. Will never recommend them to anyone.
Hello Huw Your allegations are false and unwarranted. Whilst I don’t believe this is the place to get into any long debate, I’d like to refer you to the letter sent to you on 26th April, which clearly states that your offer was delivered to our client and rejected on the basis that you were not in a position to proceed. Before we had time to start marketing your property, other serious interest was generated and another offer accepted from someone who was in a position to proceed - a typical scenario with the market at the time. Occasionally, completed sale prices are lower than those agreed at the outset as renegotiation can take place during the contractual process. There was no misrepresentation on our part and our client was in possession of all the details of all relevant interest in order to arrive at his decisions. And, before you make any further assumptions, the purchaser was not a developer.

GoogleBought our house with Hollands Smith some months ago after a previous chain broke down. They were very professsional, accomodating and down - to - earth throughout the whole process and felt like they were working equally for the buyer and seller. By far the best estate agent we dealt with whilst house searching and, should we ever choose to sell, would ask Hollands Smith to market.
