As the Branch Manager I take pride in our customer service so could you please divulge into why you believe our communication was poor? We made allowances for you to view our property outside of the open hours we had set and confirmed this with you. We also called you yesterday at 16:07 to speak to you about your offer on our property but there was no answer or a call back. We had a massive amount of interest on this property and had 30 viewings and 13 offers. There have been a number of people who have missed out on securing this property but we always strive to replace a property we have sold we another one very similar.
