GoogleKaycee at head office is brilliant and five stars everytime, sadly the rest of haart is minus 5 stars, I have given two stars mainly because Kaycee redeems haart evertime! Kaycee gets the job done practically, efficiently, and politely. If only she ran the company, and particularly the Bedford office. The rest of ny experience with haart has been incompetence, poor to non existence customer service with at times blatant lies!
