GoogleWas calling every day for a period of a week just to book a viewing, and every day the response was that the colleague responsible for bookings is unavailable and we will call you back. No-one ever called me back. Giving this review for being unprofessional and giving false promise.

GoogleAbsolutely unprofessional staff work there ! No one want to help you , no one work properly , no one care about customer they just sit on they 5 body part and doing nothing for clients !!! Not going to you way to help , a lot disappointed with that Agancy ! Aware that place all good reviews are fake coz agent asking put 5 star ! Good luck !

GoogleWe had no communication before and after the property was sold, so to get information we had to constantly chase for an update. We had to call and email numerous times to get an answer about appliances, and only got a real response 1 week before the moving date. Very disappointed to see the good reviews about weekly updates however we had nothing like this. We spoke to our house developers on numerous occasions who were also chasing Haart for updates and told us they were useless and didn't understand what we were paying them for. Haart never knew we had even exchanged, and we even received a surprised phone call on the moving day to say they were unaware of completion. I understand the current situation makes things extremely busy however it feels like we were just a number. Would not recommend Haart to anyone.NegativeResponsiveness
