GoogleA big thank you to the team at KFH in Beckenham, especially Jack Greenhalf, Dan Chapman, Sophie Johnson and Siobhan Melaugh. We have been really impressed with your expert advice and professionalism during the sale of our property. You stand head and shoulders above the rest of the competition! Thanks again.

GoogleWe just bought through KFH in Beckenham. Sales director Maxine did the very minimum she could get away with, and it really felt like a slog working with her. You call and leave messages and she invariably fails to get back to you. Other staff were pretty good and helped where they could but with Maxine it always felt like she couldn't be arsed with anything but getting her commission. Avoid if you can.

GoogleIsmail was top notch throughout the process of us securing a rental. Admittedly we can be quite demanding (!) but he handled all our questions in a courteous and prompt manner, keeping us updated throughout. Made a usually stressful process relatively painless so thanks KFH and İsmail!

GoogleAnca was fantastic at following up with questions to the seller over a year after we had purchased the property through KFH. Glad to see that an estate agent doesn’t step away from its clients the minute the commission comes in the door. Very grateful for Anca’s professionalism throughout.

GoogleReally impressed with this agent, after previously attempting to let our flat ourselves to save money we had a bad experience and were recommended KFH from a family member to help find a tenant and advise us and felt the team at Beckenham were all great. Quick let too! Very happy.

GoogleJust bought my property from KFH. Siobhan was really helpful getting me access to view and measure up and then totally on it with the stress of conveyancing queries, exchange and completion date nightmares. She managed to get me in in 8 weeks from offer to completion. Pretty good going....
