Advice on sale of flat

I went to the Docklands branch and spoke to Tushar about the sale of my property. A very constructive meeting - Tushar clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience, which really put me at ease, (thankfully, as I know from experience how stressful selling one’s home can be). I came away with a good idea of how I want to move forward and checklist of the things that need to be done. Funny how they have a lot of good reviews on here but they have a lot of bad reviews on Trustpilot. A woman called Kirsty was rude and arrogant to my friend who registered with this branch. Not only was she rude but also unprofessional and acted all high and mighty. We don’t recommend this estate agent.
