We bought our beautiful home through Fine & Country and the service we received was exemplary from start to finish. Simon showed us around a number of properties and, within minutes of meeting us, he was able to say which properties he thought would be front runners for us. He was right! Buying and selling can be very stressful but the team here are unflappable, caring and conscientious. Towards the end of the process, Rebecca was brilliant at chasing estate agents, buyers, vendors and solicitors and making sure that we were all on the same page. GoogleFine and country were excellent from start to finish. We initially had a valuation a year before we decided to go to market. They followed up, gave us thinking time, and were absolutely on it from the moment we decided to go to market. Becky and Simon listened to our requests, and on the first day of viewings, we had 5 people through the door and 2 cash offers. They were always available for questions and regularly updated us through the sales follow-up.
We can't thank them enough for their professionalism and ease of communication. We will definitely use them if we ever move again, but hopefully, we are in our forever home.
Now, a couple of years on, we have moved again. What prophetic words from our first review. We went straight back, this time selling and buying through Fine and Country. It has been so straightforward and there is always someone at the end of the phone with highly informed, realistic advice. This time we sold within 3 days and moved in 3 months. Forever a fan of this brilliant team.

Rebecca, Anna and Van were a delight to work with, professional to the end. What I loved about working with these guys is the speed of response, No waiting for days for an email; or a call to be returned, everything was immediate and unlike other agents I have dealt with , if they said they were going to do something , they actually did it!
I would certainly not hesitate to use them again and would always be my first choice of agent.
