GoogleMy wife and I have recently used Durrants for both our sale and purchase, and the whole team in Beccles has been quite frankly marvellous! It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, given some external complications, but the team has guided us through the process in a really professional and friendly way. I would highly recommend using Durrants and in particular the Beccles branch.
Whilst it was a team effort, I’d like to personally thank Koryn, Lisa, Caroline and Vanessa, who have been on hand throughout and who have had to deal with us at our most ‘needy’. The purchase of our dream home would not have been possible without you.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with Durrants. Emails went unanswered, calls never returned, and whenever we asked for Koryn we were told she was “on the other line” but she never called back. She admitted they had other properties to focus on, making it clear ours wasn’t a priority. They never chased leads or kept us in the loop with anything, a complete contrast to the service we’re now getting from our current agents.
We were charged £420 for “marketing and photography” yet saw no marketing whatsoever, not even a sign outside. Their contract is also very misleading, with a hidden two-week notice period added on to the 12 weeks. Everyone should read it carefully before signing.
If your property isn’t worth millions, don’t bother with Durrants. Poor communication, no effort, and an attitude that shows they simply don’t care.

Always thorough , helpful and most of all professional. James Frost was my main agent here and he came and helped out on several viewing attendances as I needed many measurements etc taken and tradesman in to advise and do quotes which saved me a lot on not having to instruct an expensive surveyor .
