After struggling with two other local letting agents to find a suitable rental property, I approached Ben and the Rent Wirral team who quickly found something in their portfolio that met my needs. The referencing process was seamless, and after moving in, the tenant experience was fantastic. The team was always contactable, and any issues in the property (albeit minor) were rectified quickly, professionally, and with no fuss. I've been a tenant with rent wirral for over 5 years, and can't fault them. Always easy to get hold of if I have any issues with my property, and they send people out to resolve these issues in a timely manner. I've had only 1 rent increase during my time at the house, but this wasn't much and my rent is still very reasonable (actually cheaper than local houses) Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I’ve been with Rent Wirral as a landlord for many many years. I feel both I and my tenant get a great prompt service. Highly recommended and highly trusted. I haven’t seen my property in over 10 years and leave these guys to run it.
