I’ve been renting through rent Wirral for 4 years now . I can honestly say they are second to none . Electric tripped on a Sunday triggering the house alarm sirens which I couldn’t stop. I dealt with Ben and Charlie over the near 3 years as a tenant of a property with Rent Wirral. Charlie made the onboarding process clear and was always available for any queries for the duration of the tenancy. I have rented with Rent Wirral for almost 4 years now and I can honestly say that they are the best letting agency that I have rented through. They are professional, friendly and very approachable. I have 3 properties (Hoylake, Moreton & Woodchurch) and for over 6 years now the guys have done a fantastic job. They have found, vetted and moved in all my tenants, who have all been long term. Also, I’ve never had a missed payment even through the Covid period, which shows the quality of their tenant find service. They also inspect my properties regularly and always keep me informed by emailing a full report with pictures.
