GoogleTo say F&C was useless and overbearing would be an understatement. Make sure to ask for a break clause in the tenancy.

I am sorry to hear you feel this way after your Landlord kindly allowed early release from your contract ,which was signed by yourself and your Landlord . I am afraid we do not offer break clause's of which clearly shows in all of our paperwork prior to taking a property. GoogleSo pleased we chose Ferris. From the initial meeting at the property, to the listing and the detailed inventory everything was so professional. The bungalow was listed on the Friday and by Tuesday we had new tenants.
