TrustpilotHope you are lucky
May be I was unlucky to get Michael as the point of contact from Rettie or its the whole branch that's absolutely a nightmare to deal with. I hope the first one is true but honestly have never come across any service so unprofessional in my last 10 years of stay within UK.I was with them for 3 years and hope never again I need to contact them.

Trustpilotreliable service
In general , Rettie &co offers a reliable service for tenants. Used to make a complaint due to significant delay of major repairs and maintenance, but now everything goes smoothly after we have a new account manager (J.S).

GoogleHaving lived in Milngavie/Bearsden for over twenty years I have bought & sold several homes and always had the best results when using Siobhan at Rettie. I wouldn’t dream of going to any other company. Now my son & daughter are doing the same! If you want the best in the estate agent business look no further than Rettie.

GoogleNo response to queries regarding a property to let in Torrance both made by myself and wife on separate occasions. Certainly wouldn't be impressed if I were the property owner as said property certainly appears to be vacant and available.

TrustpilotTerrible service
Terrible service, tried to get a mortgage via one of their advisors. Never got back to me, have a mountain of emails chasing her constantly. This also happened to another family member with the same mortgage advisor. Would never recommend the mortgage service unfortunately.
