Olivia and Caz have been amazing getting us moved in within a week, finding solutions to little problems and answering all of our questions. GoogleHighly recommend. Clare Johnson and Sarah Harrison provided exceptional service throughout. They frequently went over and above for us to ensure all parties were updated and chased. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They responded swiftly to all enquiries in both a professional and friendly manner. We cannot thank them enough.

GoogleThis unprofessional business "sold" a house to us. But the "vendor" was not the owner, and did not have authority to sell. So we sold our house, the W H Brown "purchase" failed to go through, and all of our possessions are in storage! Their "director" will not apologise and doesn't think they have done anything wrong. How could anyone have any confidence in this business?

GoogleOverall service was good, staff were very friendly, unfortunately did not have as much knowledge of some properties as I would have expected, we felt rushed around the properties we were shown and not many questions answered. We would still use William H Brown if we ever needed them in the future but I don't know if they would be our first choice.
