GoogleI recently bought a property in Battle through Paul Stripp Estate Agent and I cannot commend highly enough the level of personal service given by both Paul and his assistant Peta. If you asked a question or raised a query you got a response almost immediately. Phone calls were returned again very promptly, which made the whole process very easy. Also, the property details and photos were very professional and accurate. All in all is was a pleasure to deal with this Estate Agent, which is not always something you can say about this industry and I would recommend them to any potential buyer or vendor!

GoogleWe should have written this review 9 months ago but it's been busy! Paul is great, he really strives to give you personal, consistent and regular contact with weekly updates (even in weeks where nothing happens!). He is always available and very responsive and he puts in a LOT of work to get your purchase or sale over the line. We're extremely grateful to you Paul for getting us our beautiful new home, and selling the old one! Highly recommend.

GoogleAt the time when I was searching for a new home last year, prices were escalating rapidly and competition with buys was extreme. Paul was the first Estate Agent who took time and made me feel at ease. His approachable manner reassured me straight away and I trusted his instincts and advice. He know the vendor as well, which really helped in the final negotiations and sale. I’d go to Paul again in the future if I move again and would highly recommend his service.

GooglePaul Stripp is a highly knowledgeable Estate Agent with a strong work-ethic. He worked tirelessly from the time our property was first marketed right through to the exchange and completion dates of sale. In the period leading up to exchange of contracts, that many of us have experienced in the past when agents and solicitors seem not to be communicating, he was constantly chasing each agent and where possible also solicitors for updates in our complex chain of buyers and sellers. Paul kept communication and information flows going throughout. I fully recommend him.

GooglePaul has been brilliant to work with and we 100% recommend him. We got over three valuations and were toying with using a few estate agents from Battle but after meeting with Paul we were at ease. His friendly approachable no pressure manner made us feel comfortable straight away. He already had contacts interested in our house and as soon as we agreed to work together he created a WhatsApp group so we could communicate regularly. He was contactable outside of normal estate agent working hours which was unique and a brilliant touch. We kept in constant communication throughout and our house was sold on the first viewing! Do not hesitate to use Paul he gives a personal touch that no other agent can compare to.

GoogleI have been meaning to do this for a while. Paul handled what is my 10th property sale. He is hands down the best agent I have ever used. His valuation was spot on and well evidenced. The sale itself was a difficult process owing to a certain mini budget. Paul rose to the occasion helping both me and the buyer enormously in holding the whole difficult process together as the economy went into meltdown. He was cheerful and professional throughout. All this for a 1 bed flat that would have been many agents' last priority. I am so pleased to see his boards all over the area, he deserves it. I will certainly be using him again.

GoogleFantastic agent. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul, he’s friendly, knowledgable and provides a really personal service. Genuine and honest, completely different to the larger estate agent chains we’ve used in the past. Having a WhatsApp chat group set up between us all was particularly useful, it made communication really quick and easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, he was absolutely superb!

GoogleThis house sale was our fourth and Paul is the best estate agent we’ve ever used. His communication was on point and kept us updated throughout the process, even when there wasn’t much to update on, which we found reassuring. Paul’s efficient communication definitely helped the process and kept the solicitors on track. The whole process was fairly stress free for us and with Paul’s guidance we were able to sell our property and complete within 8 weeks. We highly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to sell or buy property.

GoogleWell I’ve dealt with a fair few estate agents over the years and have been left disappointed and largely very frustrated. Working with Paul has been the complete opposite experience. Proactive, personable and helpful from the start through to completion. A totally refreshing change and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
