GoogleI had a flat viewing on Saturday and they told me that they would call everyone on Monday to see who was interested in putting an offer. I waited the whole day on Monday expecting to receive a call and I ended up calling them. They told me that they already called everyone and the flat was already gone so they missed me. Very unprofessional.

GoogleWe rented our flat through Rampton Baseley for several years, recently we decided to sell. The rental side of things as well as the sale has been very well managed. I can't fault the service and would recommend highly. Through 3 sets of tenants I don't recall having one void day of rent, and the sale was completed quickly and efficiently with their help.
