Always just an email or phone call away, nothing was ever too complicated. They made the whole process seamless and hugely contributed to staying in the rental for a long time (9 years). They have been enormously helpful over the years and I think given good advice along the way. Liz Nascimento the sales agent went above and beyond to make a very complicated sale go through. 3 different parties and all in the middle of Corona lock down. Well done Liz and thank you very much. We’ve used Rampton Baseley for full letting and property management for almost a year. Right from the initial process of advice, posting and securing tenants they have been professional and nice to deal with. We have also had superb service from the lettings manager who is a great communicator and excellent at sorting out any issues the tenants have. I cannot recommend RB enough. Having used a different agency for 10 years previously this experience is like night and day and we are so pleased we switched.

The service provided by Rampton Baseley has been outstanding from beginning to end. The price we were advised to ask proved to be spot on. Buyers prepared to deal at the asking price were identified within the first week of the property being marketed. But that was only the beginning. As with all property transactions, the legal process is both time consuming and fraught with uncertainties. Rampton Baseley were the only estate agents I have used who regarded their service as being incomplete until contracts were finally exchanged. This meant that they consistently chased all parties in the chain to keep moving towards exchange of contracts. Inevitably there will always be laggards in any chain, and Rampton Baseley were able to ensure that even these were kept up to the mark. I think the knowledge of the local market demonstrated by this company is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

Did some of the basics but did not do some other simple tasks - we simply asked for some storage to be left behind by the owners, this did not happen. A week later it turned out the owners wanted to leave it behind and found it a real pain to remove the storage. We subsequently had to spend a lot of money and time on getting new storage, which was completely unnecessary had the communication been adequate.

DO NOT USE!!! The flat I rented through Rampton Baseley suffered some water damage caused by a leak in the flat above. My repeated requests to the agent to have the damage repaired were completely ignored, meaning for 9 months I was left with damaged floor boards, a hole in the ceiling and damp in the walk in wardrobe. To make matters worse, when I left the property (in absolutely immaculate condition) Rampton Basely had the audacity to try and deduct money from my deposit for the damage caused by the leak. The dispute has now dragged on for over a month, meaning I still haven't had my substantial deposit returned. Appalling service right the way through - they don't respond to emails with any urgency and display an utter lack of common decency. Exactly why estate agents have the reputation they do.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for an accommodation - wether it is to let or to sell - to use Rampton Baseley's services. Indeed the agent ruined my search as this person didn't consider my move in dates requirements. In addition this person had a pushy limit stalker behaviour to get references in an amount of time that was insanely limited. Moreover the agent hid the fact that they had two offers at the same time (including mine) and made me pay for a deposit and then accepted another offer. Now I can't get a refund for the deposit I paid, as the money is supposed to have been lost.
