Hi Cathal - Sorry you are unhappy with your tenancy and return of your deposit. I should stress that we do not act as `property manager' for this property and therefore the management of the property including the return of your deposit is not within our direct control. We understand that due to a dispute between yourself and your landlord as to the condition the property was left in and rent that was outstanding the case is now with Tenancy Deposit Scheme to resolve. They will no doubt arbitrate between yourself and your landlord.
