i HAVE RENTED A FLAT USING MARTINS AS OUR AGENTS FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS AND BEEN CONSISTENTLY HAPPY WITH THEIR EFFICIANCY AND RESPONSIVENESS. RECENTLY WE SOLD THE FLAT AND USED MARTINS TO DO SO - KIT MYRIE WAS OUR CONTACT AND HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP EASE THE PROCESS.. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE, FROM HELPING ME COMPLETE DOCUMENTS TO ORGANISING FURNITURE REMOVAL! I CANT RECOMMNED THIS FIRM HIGHLY ENOUGH.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Still with Martin and Co as our property managers. After a year and a bit of Covid-19 getting in the way of home improvements and some of our requests not being heard by Martin and Co, we met Emine our newly appointed property manager. She has, in the span of a month, arranged painting of the flat and fixing our heating in time for winter. Her enthusiasm for her tenants is refreshing and commendable.
