I had a great experience with Louise Humphrey as my property manager at Martin & Co. She was always supportive whenever we needed assistance and was by far the easiest person to reach. Her responses were consistently quick, which made everything so much smoother and less stressful. Louise was also very diligent in attending to all of our requests, ensuring nothing was overlooked and that issues were handled efficiently. Overall, I’m very happy with the service she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager.

During a difficult time (pandemic, cost of living etc) Kit was endlessly helpful, informative, patient, honest and pleasant and did everything in his power to not only secure a buyer but also to help us through all the red tape and paperwork. Bradley and the team found me a place with 5 days notice while I was 170miles away when my arranged flat fell through due to flooding, which was incredible. Jem has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Me and my partner had been searching for a new rental property for a number of months and had almost given up hope after a number of awful experiences with local estate agents. After finding a property in Battersea Reach, Jem was incredibly helpful in arranging viewings quickly; not easy in the COVID pandemic. After taking us round the properties Jem was forthcoming in showing us the wider development and his expert local knowledge helped us in our decision to submit an offer. The offer process was easy and hassle free, Jem again was open and honest throughout. The verification process again was efficient and easy, using an online tool called Goodlord, with Jem once again proactively keeping us in the loop at every stage. As we approach our move in date, I couldn't recommend Martin & Co more and thank Jem for making such a stressful process so easy and enjoyable.
