GoogleI am renting a flat marketed and managed by Martin&Co. So far my experience has been extremely positive. In particular, I would like to highlight the very high level of assistance always guaranteed by the property manager, Ms Sarah Legister. Sarah is exceptionally responsive and efficient; she promptly reacted anytime we had any any issue with our apartment, thus making our stay even more enjoyable.

GoogleI lived there for 2 years and recently returned back to the states. My stay was fantastic, I love the location the flat and the overall environment. The staff at Martin was attentive, and met my every need. Especially Stephanie, my decision to leave was a fast one and she assisted me and really helped me make the exit without drama. GoogleHad to ask repeatedly what the wifi situation is at a property I was leasing. Eventually, was told that wifi came inclusive of the rent only to have to find out I had to pay for wifi. When lease expiry was coming up, I paid extra to use their end of tenancy cleaning service who did a terrible job and then Martin and Co tried to take it out my deposit. Were deliberately slow and obtuse with communication about recovering my deposit after my tenancy ended but were very quick to harass me to open the apartment up for viewings while I was renting

GoogleWe recently had an issue with some of the appliances at home and Ms.Ethlin Robinson was the one helping us and following up on things, we could not have gotten a better service honestly, very professional, very efficient, made sure that everything was fixed and working as soon as possible.
