The thing I appreciated the most, was that he was very respectful of me being in the apartment on calls and my belongings. Cons: 1) the agency did not agree to issue a reference when moving out, rather asked for some conditions - despite all rents being paid on time for many year. 2) the agency did not return the deposit and requested very high superficial charges.
