Terrible experience with the lettings…

Terrible experience with the lettings dept. It appears that they are in cahoots with the landlords they service. In my opinion there are many properties that are not managed properly or safely.If properties are turned over regularly, bad landlords will keep your deposit and the agency are happy as they get another admin fee for the next tenant. Really unscrupulous! Currently building a website so tenants can review agencies and landlords. Seems unfair that landlords can request references from past landlords yet tenants don't have the same privilege. Avoid Savills, they are not interested in you, in my experience. Will never use again.

Truly the worst experience of my adult…

Truly the worst experience of my adult life. Blatantly (& unlawfully) lied & used coercive unfair business practices to get a property agreed, then lied at every turn thereafter, completely mismanaged and abdicated their responsibilities, didn’t keep agreements or their word, cost me thousands and thousands of pounds and months of unspeakable acute stress for a property that was uninhabitable, and took no responsibility for anything. Was forced to have to rent elsewhere and pay for two properties as a result of their fraud, deceit and bullying. Even my seasoned solicitor is appalled by their outrageous behaviour and conduct. Avoid at all costs. If possible to give no stars I would.

The property had been vacant for a few years after a major renovation and left some open permits so when the offer was accepted, I had a nightmare trying to put all docs together. Marius had stretched way beyond his role and helped significantly. It was a lengthy process with unlimited documents to provide and Marius didn't quit. He helped me through this entire process. Scamed at Fletton Quays "car park misled "

I bought a duplex at Fletton Quays with a Savills sales assistant I have made a mistake of trust her, I even used PCS as her recommended, unfortunately I received all paper work one day before completion and have not occurred to me that they would change the car parking plans, now I stuck with a car park that is totally different from what was sold and show Savills and the sales assistant answers were, sorry nothing we can do, lessons learned, never ever buy from Savills again and never trust anyone , Byers please be aware.

Transparent, Professional, and Responsive

Zoe and the Savills team helped make our relocation from the US an absolute breeze. They were so responsive and transparent throughout the entire process, and provided so much useful information from the outset for what we could anticipate throughout the letting process and getting moved into our flat. The team was very helpful in navigating our first experience with renting a flat in the UK, and they were very flexible about accepting alternative documentation for ex-pats who didn't yet have records in the UK. The icing on the cake is that we absolutely love our flat -- it's much nicer and larger than we would have ever imagined a flat in Zone 1/2 could be. We would absolutely recommend working with the Savills team.

Simply the best

If you are looking for a direct, professional and legitimate company to help you find the perfect property, Saville's is truly the only way to go. Specifically, Mark Fell goes above and beyond. The amount of time and energy I wasted trying to work with other letting agencies still haunts me to this day. I should have just called Mark sooner, but at least I ultimately did. He found a dream property for me within a week and was smart, professional and quick to get paperwork figured quickly and with little headache. He was courteous and kind, and I felt I could trust him with my inquiries and with the weight of ultimately finding a home to live in. Useless

Having failed to sell our house for the 2nd time, they then went and demanded part of the sales fee from an agent that then did sell it to one of Savills viewers the first weekend the house was relaunched. They relied on their Terms of Business to extract some money of the agent who actually worked effectively to sell the property. The buyers themselves refused to deal with Savills after the first viewing. Also lots of 'positive' viewings that we then heard nothing back from the viewers - ok not always the agents faults but vet your clients first - especially in COVID times when its not ideal having a bunch of time wasters seeing your property. Would never buy or sell through this form again. One word to some them up - Useless.

I am living in the Stockholm, kista. I am paying 10034 kronor for apartment. This building is a new but lift is not working about 3 days , called to them . Kone lift told me that de take 3 weeks for repairs lift. I am living in the 5 th floor. It is difficult to go up and down. The stair is very small , as sneakers. I called to savillis , he said to me. We can’t help to you because this product for lift is not coming about 3 weeks. Don’t call again here. They just want to rent apartment but nothing is working here. This company isn’t good enough for me.
